Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management: Analyze and track individual stocks, exchange-traded funds, investment funds, and other securities to optimize portfolio performance.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and provide recommendations to clients.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to clients and management, highlighting portfolio performance and investment opportunities.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with market trends, economic news, and regulatory changes to ensure informed investment decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio managers and other team members to contribute to the preparation of bi-monthly investment committee meetings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Experience: Three years of experience in the securities industry.
- Certifications: Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
- Designations: CFA and/or CIM designation.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Croesus 8+ asset.
