  • System Adjustments: Make minor repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems; coordinate with tradespersons for major repairs.

  • Appliance Repairs: Perform minor repairs on appliances as needed.
  • Safety Checks: Conduct safety and security inspections regularly.
