### Job Title: Designer

### Job Description

We are seeking a talented Designer to join our team at The Cigna Group. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective visual content that aligns with our brand identity.

### Responsibilities

* Develop creative and innovative artwork and assets for our customer segments
* Produce a variety of artwork, including reports, presentations, event materials, brochures, illustrations, interactive projects, social media assets, and web assets
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders and the wider marketing team to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet them
* Communicate and present ideas clearly and effectively
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard

### Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in a creative or design-led role
* Portfolio or examples of work
* Evident passion for design and creativity
* Knowledge of both print and digital design
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
* Highly driven and self-motivated
* Team player with a focus on quality and attention to detail
* Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
