Job Title: Beauty Studio Manager

At Sephora, we're passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience. As a Beauty Studio Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales and delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the Beauty Studio, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Train and develop Beauty Advisors to effectively manage the Studio and drive services.
  • Embrace innovation and leverage technology to enhance the in-store experience.
  • Manage the Online Reservation system, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient client check-in processes.
  • Plan and execute in-store events, maximizing client learning and sales opportunities.
  • Develop and certify Beauty Advisors, providing opportunities for skill enhancement.
  • Participate in performance management, delivering timely feedback for improvement.
  • Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on-stage.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills and ability to influence business partners.
  • Proven ability to create teams and develop store leaders who can drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
