About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tattoo Service Supervisor to join our team at Once Piercing & Beauty. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our tattoo studio, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and staffing.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring that they are aligned with our company values and goals.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring that we are operating within our means and meeting our financial targets.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, ensuring that our brand is consistently represented and our message is effectively communicated.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
