Tattoo Service Supervisor Job Description

At ONCE PIERCING & BEAUTY, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tattoo Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our tattoo studio, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring that our financial resources are used effectively.
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, ensuring that our brand is represented consistently across all channels.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment:
