We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Jardin Scarpro Inc.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, planning and organizing daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and making decisions to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that the store is operating within budget.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting performance expectations.
- 5 years or more of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
