About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Legault Group. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize daily store activities, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
- Incorporate and promote the values of Legault Group, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Open and close the store, ensuring a smooth and secure operation.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English (French is an asset).
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
