We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at LELJU JOSE. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer activities
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Personal Support Worker program
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, such as seniors or individuals with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the role
