About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mii Sushi & BBQ. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
    • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
