Job Summary

Kiov Incorporated McDonalds is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing insights for operational improvements.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking to meet the demands of the role.
    • Stand for extended periods, maintaining a high level of energy and focus throughout the shift.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
    • Be a team player, willing to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
    Requirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
