Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 14254856 Canada Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff to provide prompt and courteous service.
- Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Language: Fluency in English.
