Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at KFC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our restaurant staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our customer's needs.
    • Train and develop our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and to maintain the high standards of our restaurant.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage our inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand and that we minimize waste.
  • Quality Control
    • Monitor and maintain the quality of our food, ensuring that it meets our high standards and that our customers receive a consistent and excellent dining experience.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage our restaurant's finances, including cash handling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide exceptional customer service and to maintain the high standards of our restaurant.

Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and to lift up to 25 pounds.
