We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bakery Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 102007 PEI Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Special Orders: Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays, and ensure that all orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that products are always available for customers.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or bakery environment.
Work Environment

This role is based in a supermarket or bakery department, and you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment.
