Job Summary

The POS Project Manager - Luxury Project Manager's primary mission is to manage the success of marketing projects for POS materials, from concept to in-store installation. Each stage is carried out in collaboration with internal experts and external partners to ensure innovative, sustainable, and high-performance execution. As a marketing orchestrator for our clients and suppliers, the Project Manager ensures that our commitments to quality and environmental respect are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and optimize the client's technical brief according to eco-design principles.
  • Propose innovative and creative solutions and know how to use AI tools.
  • Select suppliers based on client needs (cost, quality, timing).
  • Manage the project budget while ensuring its financial viability.
  • Manage relationships with our suppliers in a spirit of co-creation and sustainable partnership.
  • Oversee manufacturing follow-up (administrative aspects, coordination of service providers, and control of deliverables).
  • Lead and coordinate field teams.
  • Ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure the quality of the final product and its installation.
  • Supervise on-site installation if necessary.
  • Handle administrative account follow-up.
  • Conduct post-mortem analysis of the project.
  • Contribute to business development efforts with existing clients and new clients as needed.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with other project managers.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of printing techniques and proficiency in the graphic chain.
  • Bilingualism is essential.
  • Strong interest in the manufacturing of point of sale displays and innovations.
  • Initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capable of recognizing priorities.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
