Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in professional recruitment and a passion for matching the right candidates with mid to senior-level roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates for various positions, as well as providing consultative services to clients and candidates to ensure the best fit for both parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates for mid to senior-level positions across various industries.
  • Providing consultative services to clients and candidates to ensure the best fit for both parties.
  • Managing the recruitment cycle from initial engagement to placement, including negotiations and contract agreements.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Contributing to business development through networking, client engagement, and referrals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the B2B professional or executive search space.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and ability to source great people.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets.
