Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at SSA Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, providing employee assistance, and coordinating selection and examination boards.
Key Responsibilities- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and provide information or services to support them.
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
- Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn.
