About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at 1955753 Alberta Inc. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy operations and providing excellent customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Workflow: Assist with scheduling and workflow to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, and ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet customer needs.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Collection Area Maintenance: Prepare and maintain the cleanliness of collection areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  • Supply Ordering: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and ensure that they are received and stored properly.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that it is accurately tracked and easily accessible.
  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm appointments with patients, and ensure that all necessary information is communicated effectively.
Supervision and Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
