We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Quick Care Pharmacy Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists with scheduling and workflow management to ensure efficient operations.
- Process third-party insurance claims and maintain accurate records.
- Manage inventory of medications and prescription records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked pharmacy.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, providing excellent customer service.
- Support healthcare professionals with administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on patient care.
- Work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment with repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail is crucial in maintaining accurate records and ensuring patient safety.
- Accurate and organized in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Permanent full-time position with 32 hours per week.
