About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at 1955753 Alberta Inc. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Workflow: Assist with scheduling and workflow management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, and ensure timely ordering and restocking.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Collection Area Maintenance: Prepare and maintain the cleanliness of collection areas.
  • Supply Ordering: Order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory levels.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments with customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized and team player with excellent communication skills.
