About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Quick Care Pharmacy Inc. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Medication Management: Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, maintaining accurate records and inventory levels.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medications and supplies, ensuring that stock is always up-to-date and accurate.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls, to support the efficient operation of the pharmacy.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Skills: Accurate, organized, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
