As a Wealth Management Administrative Coordinator, your primary focus will be to collaborate with Investment Specialists to facilitate the growth of new business opportunities and foster relationships within targeted markets. In this collaborative framework, you will play a crucial role in the seamless execution of daily operational tasks, ensuring timely support and exceptional client interactions. Your contributions will not only enhance the servicing of the Investment Specialists' clientele but also support a national Administration team.

  • Promote a customer-centric culture to strengthen client relationships and leverage broader organizational resources and knowledge.
  • Execute on capacity enablers (National Practice Standards) to assist Investment Specialists in expanding their business portfolios.
  • Ensure operational excellence through the management of daily administrative responsibilities.
  • Foster a culture of service excellence by delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • Act as a Trusted Business Partner; cultivate cross-functional relationships to optimize business outcomes.
  • Recognize the importance of the Bank's risk appetite and culture in daily operations and decision-making.
  • Strive for effective and efficient operations, ensuring compliance with business controls related to operational risk, regulatory compliance, and conduct risk.
  • Encourage a high-performance environment while contributing to an inclusive workplace.

  • Post-secondary degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Mutual Fund License is required.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
