As a Financial Advisor at Royal Bank of Canada, you will have the opportunity to help your clients achieve their financial goals while building a successful career. Our comprehensive training and support will enable you to develop a strong understanding of investment and wealth management strategies, allowing you to provide expert advice to your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, providing them with personalized financial planning and investment advice.
  • You will leverage RBC's extensive resources and expertise to create customized investment portfolios and wealth plans for your clients.
  • You will foster long-term relationships with your clients, providing them with ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their financial objectives.
  • You will work closely with RBC partners, such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance, to ensure your clients receive comprehensive financial solutions.

Requirements:

  • You have 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales and are comfortable with a 100% commission-based compensation structure.
  • You have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will prior to your start date.
  • You have a passion for financial planning and a strong interest in portfolio management.
  • You possess excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and high-value sales and business development.
  • Completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certifications.
