Job Title: Occupational Therapist

EHN Canada is a leading provider of mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment services. We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist will provide high-quality care to clients with mental health issues, including trauma and mood disorders. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with mental health issues
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and develop aftercare plans
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience working with mental health populations, particularly those with trauma and mood disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
