Your Role

Our Atlantic Canada Offices are seeking a Manager to take charge of the Domestic Tax practice, with the following key responsibilities:

  • Oversee client engagements for a diverse range of clients, including small and medium-sized enterprises
  • Recognize, develop, and implement strategies for clients to leverage business and tax opportunities
  • Prepare and review tax reorganizations and corporate, trust, and estate tax returns
  • Foster positive working relationships with clients
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding ongoing progress and issues
  • Participate in training staff and support the professional growth of your team

Qualifications and Experience

  • You have obtained your CPA designation
  • You possess 5 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 2 years specializing in Tax
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal, and trust tax planning and compliance
  • You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
  • You demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
