Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at 2829105 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our dining staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are friendly, courteous, and respectful.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
    • Order supplies and inventory as needed to ensure that the dining area is fully stocked.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the dining area is running smoothly and efficiently.
    • Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are completed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or related environment.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
