Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2669058 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire and manage a team of kitchen and food service helpers
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
