About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Pruthvraj Inc. as a key member of our retail operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales representatives, and design team members.
  • Sales Team Management: Assign sales staff to duties, oversee their performance, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop the skills of sales staff to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and expertise to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Work Schedule Management: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that sales staff are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payrolls, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Teamwork: A strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with sales staff, management, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and sales staff.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
