At Parmar Bros Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a focus on staff management, merchandise selection, and marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 1 to 2 people, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The work term is permanent, with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage staff and assign duties
* Determine merchandise and services to be sold
* Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
* Develop and implement marketing strategies
* Determine staffing requirements
* Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
* Supervise office and volunteer staff
* Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent customer service skills
