Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new client expectations with a high level of service and support in response to their implementation needs.
  • Set up the Payworks workforce management solution and deliver comprehensive training to clients.
  • Leverage your accelerated understanding of workforce management demands and strong project management skills to accurately assess and meet client needs.

What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience working with the Payworks product, with proficiency in Payroll and Absence Management modules.
  • PCP Certification or related studies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience implementing workforce management solutions or similar software is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Customer service orientation, with experience conducting needs analysis processes to effectively present and discuss intangible services and solutions with clients.
