Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Brodi Food Services Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality service delivery.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Inventory Management and ControlEstimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
Staff Management and RecruitmentRecruit, hire, and manage food service staff, ensuring a high-performing team that meets the needs of our customers.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Delivery and LogisticsSupervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Work Scheduling and PlanningEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal resource allocation.
