We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret architectural blueprints and specifications to identify project requirements
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position title
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Architecture
  • Proficiency in Excel (Windows 10)
  • Strong blueprint reading skills and experience interpreting construction plans accurately
  • Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
