We are seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our expanding operations.

At Kindred Home Care, we have experienced remarkable growth, evolving from providing 200,000 hours of care annually to over 1,200,000 hours, supported by a dedicated team of nearly 1000 employees.

The primary role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to assist the broader Kindred Home Care team by ensuring a steady influx of applicants and new hires to facilitate ongoing growth. This role will involve managing a significant volume of job applications and conducting numerous preliminary screenings and interviews weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to attract frontline staff.
  • Engage with hiring managers regularly to evaluate staffing needs.
  • Conduct prescreening and interviews for a high volume of candidates weekly.
  • Participate in job fairs and community events to promote available positions.
  • Analyze recruitment trends and devise strategies to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and elevate the candidate experience.
  • Update job postings across various recruitment platforms.
  • Respond promptly to all recruitment inquiries from internal and external sources.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration and/or recruitment.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is considered an asset.
  • Comfortable with technology and repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently from home with minimal supervision.
  • Positive, adaptable, and dependable.
