Position Overview:
Engage with staff and leadership to manage and improve benefits offerings, deliver exceptional service, oversee taxable benefits and pension schemes, among other responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address employee inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve queries or concerns
- Oversee employee enrollment and benefits management systems
- Collaborate with the payroll department on compensation issues
- Perform audits and address employee-related challenges
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- At least 3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions
