About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Management Engineer and Project Manager to join our team in the Western Canada Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex water management projects, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and developing and implementing innovative solutions to address water management challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage water management projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their water management needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement innovative water management strategies and solutions, leveraging industry-leading expertise and technology.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and developing strategic proposals to secure new projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as civil engineering, environmental engineering, or water resources engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in water management engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong business development skills, with experience in identifying and securing new projects and clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
