About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Management Engineer and Project Manager to join our team in the Western Canada Region. As a key member of our Water Group, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex water management projects, developing business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage water management projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities, build relationships with clients, and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, scientists, and planners, to deliver integrated water management solutions.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project delivery and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as civil engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional consulting environment, with a focus on water management and project management.
  • Strong business development skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities, build relationships with clients, and grow revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
