We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing the strategy for an intuitive, digital-first HR user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with HR Shared Services, HR Centres of Expertise, and People Operations to leverage experience feedback, data, and analytics to propel an employee-centric user experience.
- Support the service delivery, development, and implementation of initiatives and programs for Human Resources to ensure a consistent and exceptional employee experience.
- Lead the execution of operational programs, assessing and adapting as needed to ensure quality of execution.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee experience related to HR programs and processes within service level agreements and standards.
- Act as the day-to-day subject matter expert for HR programs and processes, providing advice and support across HR as required.
- Provide strategic input as a trusted advisor into business decisions on HR programs and processes.
- Make recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives based on an in-depth understanding of the business and HR programs.
- Conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies for internal and external stakeholders.
- Network with industry contacts to gain competitive insights and best practices.
- Participate in the design, development, implementation, and management of core processes.
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.
- Verbal and written communication skills - in-depth/expert.

We offer a competitive salary range of $84,000 to $156,000, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
