Position Overview: Multimedia Designer
This role does not require travel and is offered in a hybrid work environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Design and produce in-house creative assets (both graphic and video) tailored for the South Asean market across major social media platforms.
  2. Collaborate closely with the content manager to create and adapt designs for significant marketing initiatives.
  3. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  4. Manage the organization and upload of creative materials on Colgate's digital platforms.
  5. Assist with additional projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, Canva).
  2. Skilled in Google Workspace tools (Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  3. A proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for innovative thinking.
  4. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Experience in digital content creation with a flexible approach to quick turnarounds.
  6. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence others.
  7. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  8. Experience in a dynamic organization or creative agency is preferred.

Education and Experience:

  1. Fluent in English, with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia considered an advantage.
  2. A degree or diploma in Multimedia Design from an accredited institution.
  3. 2-3 years of relevant design experience, preferably in creative agencies or online graphic design.
  4. Recent graduates with a passion for design are encouraged to apply.
