Colgate-Palmolive is a prominent consumer goods corporation dedicated to delivering quality products across three primary sectors: oral care, personal care, and home care.

This role presents an opportunity to lead Network Management within the Philippines hub.

As a vital member of the Network Management team in the APAC Division, the Hub Network Manager will be tasked with synthesizing insights and fostering collaboration with Marketing Leads and Hub General Managers as a strategic ally.

Responsibilities include overseeing the hub team focused on Business Intelligence and Consumer Insights to propel business expansion and marketing strategies, specifically on:
  • Monitoring local market trends and shifts
  • Tracking business performance and reporting, including retail audits, panel analysis, brand tracking, etc.
  • Conducting business diagnostics, including portfolio management and optimization of routes to market
  • Implementing advanced analytical tools to translate data into actionable business strategies, including Marketing Mix Modeling, Revenue Growth Management, and Forecasting.
  • Generating Consumer Insights to support brand communication, activation, and innovation launches
  • Acting as a strategic partner in the hub to facilitate business planning, development, and execution
  • Enabling data-driven decision-making through impactful insights and implications
  • Integrating market intelligence, consumer insights, and foresight with division-led initiatives
  • Leading exploratory and incubation efforts on local-specific topics
  • Coordinating training and knowledge sharing for local Insights & Analytics and business teams
  • Effectively managing vendor and agency relationships to foster mutually beneficial partnerships
Establishing strong personal networks and collaborating across diverse cultures is essential.
Critical thinking is crucial for connecting insights to navigate brand growth strategies effectively.
A solid foundation in research methodologies and data analytics is necessary, alongside a willingness to explore new capabilities.
Stakeholder management skills are vital for challenging the status quo while ensuring alignment with senior team members.
Experience in FMCG, whether in-house or with analytics, research, or media agencies, is advantageous.
