Medical Clinic Front Desk Coordinator

We are a dynamic and patient-focused dental clinic seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Greet patients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate areas, and provide basic information to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Administrative Support: Obtain and process necessary information, order office supplies, and maintain accurate records and logs to support the clinic's operations.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and receive and process payments in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer phone calls, and relay messages to ensure seamless communication.
- Training and Development: Willing to train and develop skills to meet the needs of the clinic and its patients.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
