We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Clinic Director to join our team at Delta Medical Clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical clinic, ensuring that we provide high-quality patient care and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Planning and Management
Develop and implement budgets to ensure the financial stability and growth of the clinic.
Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
Data Analysis and ReportingOversee the collection and analysis of data to inform business decisions and improve patient outcomes.
Workforce CoordinationCoordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Project ManagementAssign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to drive business growth and improvement.
Operational ManagementPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements- Education
A degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a medical setting.
Work EnvironmentA fast-paced medical clinic environment with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
Work ConditionsAbility to work under pressure, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
