About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Analyst to join our Customer Care team at Enbridge Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and support to agents on complex customer inquiries and account issues.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer account issues, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Participate in employee training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and performance indicators in Customer Care.
  • Support business initiatives through process enhancements and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide customer outreach and support.
Requirements
  • Postsecondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
