About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Manager to lead our retail operations in the British Columbia market. As a key member of our Canada Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across all channels through seamless and exceptional consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a regional team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective store operations and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers to ensure day-to-day business operations align with the company's brand strategy and financial targets.
  • Work with product partners to ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time to drive sales and margin.
  • Travel extensively to support store operations, provide coaching and guidance to Store Managers, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving store performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Experience in all forms of distribution, including owned retail development and growth.
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences for guests.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $128,300 - $165,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
