Drywall Installation Job Description

At STYLOVATION INC, we are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team. As a Drywall Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, applying successive coats of compound, and sanding seams and joints to ensure a smooth finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to create a solid foundation for our projects.
  • Apply successive coats of compound to fill gaps and imperfections, and sand to a smooth finish.
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners and ensure a professional finish.
  • Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with a large workload.
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
