About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team at STYLOVATION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, applying successive coats of compound, and ensuring seamless joints and seams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to meet project specifications
  • Apply coats of compound and sand seams and joints to achieve a smooth finish
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with a large workload
  • Flexibility and strong teamwork skills
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment

As a Drywall Installation Specialist at STYLOVATION INC, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a focus on quality and safety. You will be required to work 35 hours per week and have a permanent work term.
