Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze and optimize restaurant budgets to maximize profits
    • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies
    • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Operational Excellence
    • Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations
    • Develop and implement process improvements
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing restaurant teams
    • Lead by example and promote a positive work culture
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies
    • Ensure exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing planning and implementation
    • Negotiate with suppliers and clients to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • Experience in restaurant management or a related field
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
