Retail Operations Leader

As a Retail Operations Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our retail establishment, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience in a retail environment.
This position is situated within a dynamic retail setting, where customer satisfaction is paramount.
Key Responsibilities- Delegate tasks to sales associates effectively.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills.
- Authorize financial transactions, including cheque payments.
- Manage inventory orders to maintain stock levels.
- Approve merchandise returns as necessary.
- Create and manage employee work schedules.
- Engage in direct sales activities.
- Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
- Maintain organized inventory systems.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals, including cashiers.
