Requirements

  • 2-3 years of customer service and sales experience in the travel industry
  • Prior experience in a travel agency or related field is an asset
  • TICO certification completion or working towards/ willing to complete
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible call center hours
  • Familiarity with Apollo system is a definite asset
  • Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset
