We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Services Consultant to join our team at CAA Club Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on travel-related matters
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their travel needs are met
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
- 2-3 years of customer service and sales experience in the travel industry
- Prior experience in a travel agency or related field is an asset
- TICO certification completion or working towards/ willing to complete
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible call center hours
- Familiarity with Apollo system is a definite asset
- Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset
