Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at The Royal Taste of India Ltd. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present menus and make recommendations to customers.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Server is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
