Project Manager Job Description

At ServiceMaster Restore, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restoration projects, from initial assessment to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Coordinate with in-house technicians and external sub-trades to ensure project restoration meets company standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed scopes and estimates for insurance and non-insurance jobs.
  • Conduct site visits to assess damage and develop restoration plans.
  • Monitor and coordinate project activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely completion.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with company targets.
  • Collaborate with the Estimator to develop and maintain accurate estimates.
  • Ensure all compliance tasks are completed, and job files are maintained accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in restoration project management.
  • Class G Licence and IICRC Certification required.
  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent preferred.
